Smoked Turkey Reheat Instructions

Sisters Meat and Smokehouse turkeys are smoked / fully cooked and may have a pinkish color from the brining process.  To reheat the turkey, cover the turkey on a grate in a roasting pan with water in the bottom and reheat at 350 degrees until the thickest part of the bird reaches 150 degrees.  Estimate 10-15 minutes per pound for a whole turkey.  For faster reheat, you may opt to remove the breasts, thighs and legs from the carcass and place on the grate. Adding a little water below the grate in the roasting pan will help preserve moisture.
