Crux Pilz - A New-Old-World Pilsner - 5.2% | 35 IBU - This is not your father’s pilsner. It’s more like the pilsner that belonged to his stern father, the one with all the rules but who gave you treats whenever your parents weren’t looking. Brewed with traditional Pilsner malts, imported Czech Saaz and local Oregon Sterling hops, this pilsner’s first sip shows up with clean lager flavors, and then opens up with surprising complexity and softness—developing biscuity flavors, spicy herbal notes and a hint of lemon.
Monkless - Belgian Ale - 7.6% ABV | 26 IBU - This golden ale’s altruistic approach will restore you. Light-bodied and full of fruity flavors, it goes down smooth and has an amazingly clean profile.
Ninkasi - Pacific Rain - 5.4% ABV | 50 IBU - This flavorful Northwest Pale Ale starts with a balanced, malty sweetness that lays the groundwork for profiling some of the most alluring hops around. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Nugget hop varieties offer a captivating experience with flavor and aroma notes that are citrusy, tropical, floral, and piney. The residual sweetness rounds out the hop flavor making each sip as smooth and refreshing as the last.
Three Creeks Knotty Blonde - 4.4% ABV | 18 IBU - A light bodied, sassy Blonde Ale brewed with a kiss of Sterling Hops and the finest Canadian 2-Row Barley.
Boneyard RPM - Northwest IPA - 6.5% ABV | 50 IBU - Brewed using 6 different NW varieties of hops at over 2.5 pounds per barrel, RPM IPA focuses on extreme hoppiness rather than bitterness. It’s golden to copper in color with a complex malt profile that will not overshadow the hops. Our flagship, RPM IPA, will satisfy any opinionated hop forward IPA consumer.
Block 15 - Alpha NW IPA - 6.5% ABV | 110 IBU, but tastes like 70 - Alpha is a modern NW-style IPA, leading out with notes of citrus, fruit, and pine delivered by a robust late addition of four NW grown hops. It’s then double dry-hopped and cold-conditioned, creating a refined hop experience that’s both complex and crushable.
PFRIEM - IPA - 7.2% ABV | 65 IBU - Light copper with off white foam. Dank aromas of peach, citrus, papaya, and blueberry. Bright flavors of lychee fruit, grapefruit, and light candy maltiness. Finishes fresh, hoppy piney, with a touch of grapefruit rind.
