We feature top quality products paired with excellent service.  Our premium line of meats is grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free.  Our goal is to sell healthy Oregon-first products.  You will enjoy the finest products and advice to ensure rave reviews when you use our products. Sisters Meat and Smokehouse products are made right here in Sisters,  Oregon!

Our staff works hard to ensure that you have the best advice, tips and products to prepare a memorable meal. We feature local Oregon beers on tap and cider by the glass, or you can fill a growler to go.  We dedicate at least one tap to Oregon’s emerging breweries while also featuring Oregon’s top brews.  We also offer some wonderful wine options. Our menu features Sisters Meat and Smokehouse products.  Unique and unparalleled meats, cheeses and sauces will leave you planning your next visit to Sisters Meat and Smokehouse.

Join us for a sandwich and a refreshing drink in a relaxing environment before grabbing something special from our meat and compliments case on your way. Featuring: wine, beer, soft drinks, brewed iced tea, sandwiches or a chef salad and a remarkable meat and compliments case.

Everything you buy from our meat and compliments case is prepared here in our shop…jerky, kielbasa, brats, ham, smoked turkey, summer sausage, Cotto salami, bacon, and pepperoni sticks! Wild game selections vary based on season and availability but may include, elk, and buffalo (bison).   Need a special cut of meat?  If we don’t have it, we can usually get it. Whether you need an unusual cut of meat for your jerky recipe or just something for a special meal…we will have it, or we can get it…just ask.

We feature fresh beef, pork, and poultry.  Our frozen lamb products are produced by a local Sisters rancher and can be found in our freezer case along with Buffalo, Elk and Salmon!

Our owners are all Oregon natives and Sisters residents. We believe that buying local is our responsibility and your choice.  We are the kind of shop you look forward to visiting and we endeavor to earn your loyalty. Our managing partner and master smoker Brody Waller is a 3rd  generation meat craftsman. Our smoked products are unparalleled and made right here in Sisters.  We encourage you to come in and sample his smoked products which also include a variety of smoked cheeses, ham, and turkey among his many other smoked products.

Have a refreshing drink inside or outside on our covered porch and take in the magic of a small western town. Our meat craftsmen are 3rd  generation native Oregonians, starting with Grandpa Jack Culver at Culvers Market in Sutherlin, Oregon.  Many of Grandpa Jack’s tools are displayed in our shop. Sisters Meat and Smokehouse offers the best in customer service and integrity blended with today’s focus on hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed products.

Our hearty lunch offerings feature artisan breads, cheeses and Sisters Meat and Smokehouse products. We also feature a gluten free lunch offering and gluten free hard cider and drinks.

Our owners, Jeff and Kay Johnson, are Sisters residents and Oregon natives.  Having traveled extensively and gained an appreciation for how integral the local meat shop is to all communities, Jeff and Kay decided to build Sisters Meat and Smokehouse to offer a sustainable option here in Sisters. Additionally, we endeavor to source locally when possible and guarantee our products meet the highest standards.  Our managing partner and master smoker is Brody Waller.  Brody is a 3rd generation Oregon meat craftsman who has evolved the timeless recipes and smoking secrets from his family while also embracing the expectations that we supply a line of hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed, and grain finished products.  

Sisters Meat and Smokehouse is proud to be a part of the Sisters community fabric and strives to share our time and profits with local charities and causes. Sisters Meat and Smokehouse is all about family.  Our head meat cutter is Wade Waller, the brother of our managing partner, Brody Waller.  In addition, many of the recipes, techniques and seasonings were developed by Steve Waller, the father of Brody and Wade.  When you add Grandpa Jack Culver from Culver’s Market in Sutherlin, you will understand that Sisters Meat and Smokehouse is all about tradition, family and generations of proven excellence.
