Smoked Turkey Reheat Instructions
Meat and Smokehouse turkeys are smoked / fully cooked and may have a pinkish color from the brining process. To reheat the turkey, cover the turkey on a grate in a roasting pan and reheat at 350 degrees until the thickest part of the bird reaches 150 degrees. For faster reheat, you may opt to remove the breasts, thighs and legs from the carcass and place on the grate. Adding a little water below the grate in the roasting pan will help preserve moisture.
